The tall defender Always dangerous on corners and free-kicks, per usual, perhaps is a replacement to his teammate in defense as opposed to his partner. A loose pass in the second half nearly resulted in a goal from the visitors. 6/10
The young full-back A further assured display from the youngster after his debut against Serbia. Saka was unable to take the most of a gorgeous flick behind the opposing backline. The left-back spot is firmly his already. 7
Adam Wharton His first start with the national team. Slightly loose when playing out though his dangerous deliveries caused problems. A useful game manager available to the coach to have versus defensive opponents. Booked for a poorly timed tackle. Six
The midfielder Crosses from dead balls and set-plays caused problems. Was given room to move down the left flank only to be in an offside position when the ball arrived in shooting positions. Given a deserved rest on the hour mark. 6/10
The star midfielder Played in a forward position on the right and also put in defensive duties. Demonstrated moments of class and scuffed a shot wide. Substituted towards the end for Rogers, his competition, after receiving a caution. Seven
Jarrod Bowen Was presented with the team's best chance in the opening period, his shot smartly stopped by the Albanian keeper. As Quansah staying deep, it fell to him to offer an outlet on the right although his balls from the touchline were inconsistent. Replaced late in the match. 6
The captain The difference-maker netting 77th and 78th strikes at international level. The first a classic close-range tap-in and the second a classy finish with his head having drifted away off his defender. Now 32, he continues to improve with the national team are strong contenders next summer with him up top. 8/10
Eberechi Eze Had difficulty to make an impact out wide. Had a decent opportunity after being played in from a teammate however the keeper denied him. Rashford made much more of influence after coming on. 5
