Finally we can commence: initial five minutes of Stranger Things' final season unveiled.
The final series of the streaming giant's supernatural blockbuster Stranger Things is set to be among the most anticipated releases of 2024. The initial episodes debuts on 27 November, but a clip of the chilling first five minutes has been made public digitally.
The Crawl: A Return to the 1980s
The episode, named the prologue, takes fans back to the beginning of the series in the year 1983, after the loss of the young character.
"Do I remain or leave?" the character hums as he tries to remain composed in the Upside Down.
Things quickly become frightening the moment a demogorgon emerges and yanks Will to the stronghold of Vecna. "After all this time, our work can start," he tells Will while propelling a tendril through his esophagus. "We together, we are going to do such beautiful things as one."
Air Dates and Cinematic Screenings
The second part of the last season will air on the day after Christmas, with the last chapter released on the first of January â and will also have screened in select theaters.

The summary states: "The fall of 1987. The setting is damaged by the opening of gateways, and the protagonists come together by one objective: find and kill the enemy. Yet he has disappeared â his location and intentions unclear. Adding to their mission, authorities has placed the town under military quarantine and intensified the search for the character, compelling her to go underground. When the commemoration of the event approaches, arrives a profound, recognizable anxiety. The ultimate conflict is on the horizon â and accompanying it, a darkness more powerful and more dangerous than anything else they have battled in the past. To conclude this horror, they'll need everyone â the full party â standing together, once more."
Production Insights
The surprise clip was uploaded on the video platform following the show's LA debut on Thursday, featuring actors including one of the main stars and another key actor.
"The scope of this installment is bigger ⊠There is more excitement and enhanced CGI, but it is additionally by far the most heartfelt part as it concludes of the narrative for all of these characters," the series' executive producer, commented regarding the concluding installments.
The other creator and co-creator, added: "Bringing it out in the world is stressful, however we're ready to present it at last."
